ROLE OVERVIEW
Sense is looking for an experienced performance marketing analyst to provide maternity leave coverage from April – Sept.
The role will be responsible for analyzing and providing recommendations to optimize performance across the demand generation funnel (ad channels, landers, emails, website, organic social).
Requirements
- Analyze the demand generation funnel, develop budget recommendations and campaign optimization strategies, and A/B tests to accelerate conversions.
- Monitor performance across Meta, Amazon, TikTok, Google; review ongoing A/B ad and audience tests, partner with marketing manager and agency to identify new testing opportunities.
- Analyze website and landing page performance, particularly as it relates to the buyer journey.
- Responsible for the overall advertising budget.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting and analysis to inform demand gen funnel optimization, inventory forecasting, and financials.
- Build performance projects to forecast promo success; measure and report on promo performance.
- Work cross-functionally with creative, ad agency, inventory, and sales team to ensure successful campaign and promo executions.
- Verify ongoing accuracy of reporting metrics, correct tracking pixel implementation, create UTM tracking, etc. to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, social media, and digital advertising measurement.
- Extensive experience with DTC ecommerce brands selling through their own sites and Amazon (including experience advertising on consumer platforms ie. Meta, Amazon, TikTok, Google etc.)
- Advanced computer skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail, including knowledge of advanced Excel functionality, Tableau and Google Analytics.
- Good communications skills (verbal and written) & proven ability to work in a team environment.
