What we are looking for
We are looking for a talented Graphic and Motion Designer who can bring their
creativity and technical skills to the table and help us produce exceptional visual
content that engages and informs our audience.
Your role will involve designing and creating visual content for a variety of projects,
including social media, advertising, branding, and marketing campaigns. You will need
to have a good understanding of branding guidelines and be able to create designs
that align with the company's brand and message.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Strong understanding of visual design
- Leverage brand guidelines and user insights to create and improve digital artifacts (social media posts, presentations, infographics, storyboards, etc.), product designs and aesthetics.
- Create visual concepts and storyboards which are then executed through effective storytelling.
- Design/animate motion graphics for various projects - from onboarding videos and case studies to full-scale campaign videos.
- Edit and organize shoot/stock footage to create final videos.
Qualifications
- Proven graphic designing & animation experience
- A strong portfolio of illustrations, animations, or other graphics
- Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Figma, HTML, Adobe after effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Dreamweaver and Photoshop)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work methodically and meet tight deadlines

- Technical interview In this round, we will discuss both your solution for the task and your previous work.
- General interview A conversation with you, about you.

task deliverable. The solution to the task belongs to you. Please feel free to post the
