Job Overview:
This is a freelance remote role for a Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for
creating and designing graphics, logos, and branding materials. They will also be responsible for
typography and visual communication. The graphic designer role will work to elevate the Foundation AI brand and create aesthetically pleasing designs that support digital marketing, social media, the company Web page, sales and event collateral, and much more. This position requires a high-energy team member who is equally capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:
● Creating compelling assets that support marketing efforts through email, digital, print, infographics,
and event projects
● Develop concepts, creative ideas, wireframes, and options to solicit feedback from the marketing and leadership teams
● Manage and complete multiple tasks and projects within deadlines and constraints while tracking
details with oversight
● Build out compelling, high-quality animated presentations for Website and event properties and aid in the design of executive presentations

Skills and Tools:
● 5+ years of multimedia design experience, online and offline.
● 5+ years of experience working with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with experience in Adobe
Suite video/animation software (After Effects and Premiere). Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop,
Adobe In Design, Adobe XD, Adobe After Effects) Powerpoint & Word
● Online Creative Design including corporate emails, landing pages, websites, social media design work, display ads, and infographics.
● Offline Creative Design: Direct mail, brochures, print ads, and other offline media
● Strong understanding of fundamental design principles for web and print that affect typography,
composition, color, use of space, and hierarchy of information.
● A die-hard work ethic and the ability to work fast in a team environment. Should be comfortable with multi-tasking, resolving competing priorities, and meeting project deadlines.
● Insane attention to detail and efficiency. In other words, huge pride in (almost) error-free work.
● Must be comfortable working in a start-up environment, meaning you are willing to wear multiple hats and be flexible with your day-to-day tasks
● Certifications: ● Adobe certified professional is highly preferred.

Education:
● Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent educational qualification, graphic design or a related fine arts field.
