As a Graphic Designer at Akrivia HCM, you'll be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and a passion for design. You'll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from digital and print designs to motion graphics and experiential installations.

You are—

• A passionate graphic designer with a strong and diverse portfolio showcasing experience across a variety of mediums, including digital, print, motion, and environmental/ experiential design.
• You are a master of design software's such as Adobe suite (Photoshop, illustrator & Figma Must).
• Having experience in motion design software such as After effects, Premier Pro or another video editing software is a plus.
• You work in an organized and systematic manner to ensure timely execution under pressure and tight deadlines.
• You are looking for a collaborative learning environment to improve your design sensibilities and existing skills.

You will—

• Work closely with the Design Lead, and key stakeholders to understand the requirements of the brief, develop concepts, iterate quickly to successfully implement work.
• Help with intake and shape project strategy process and goals.
• Demonstrate solutions and iterate quickly on feedback.

• Think systemically and help create visually stunning and impactful designs to contribute the team success.

• Your Profile—

• Passion for design and learning new skills and concepts

• 2-4 years of professional experience in graphic design

• Strong visual design portfolio, showcasing work from different mediums

• Ability to rapidly conceive, visualize and iterate designs in a shared environment

• Excellent communication skills

• Organized and prompt with timelines

• Proactive in seeing projects through completion

• Flexible in receiving and implementing feedback
