StreetFair is a home services marketplace for neighborhoods to find, hire, and coordinate common home services. StreetFair is rapidly growing and is hiring a candidate to be on the Supply Growth team, which is responsible for building StreetFair’s network of service providers.
We are looking for someone who can help us solve real-world problems while streamlining the inefficient ways homeowners currently find a trusted home service provider. The right candidate works well under pressure, can cater outreach to each provider, and is highly self-motivated.
This team member will be the face of StreetFair and is deeply motivated to build a network of the neighborhood's favorite service providers. This person is passionate and driven to recruit the right supply and to help grow StreetFair.
*This candidate will show up each day ready to: *
- Learn & understand how StreetFair interacts with homeowners to utilize in building relationships with service providers. This candidate would be responsible for educating and developing prospects
- Conduct outbound recruitment efforts through various methods such as cold calls, emails, and in-person networking events to drive the growth of StreetFair
- Qualify and disqualify sales leads - create target prospect lists, identify key decision-makers, and research the business to accelerate our growth
- Pitch StreetFair and have the ability to overcome objections and negotiate
- Equip prospects with adequate information about StreetFair and schedule demos to move the prospect through the sales cycle
- Ability to receive and improve on actionable feedback. Actively shadow team members and review call recordings to improve - we are students
- Strategize and identify new sales strategies
- Have the courage to challenge the current product, internal processes, and raise your hand when you see something is broken
- Assess our needs and flex responsibilities to collaborate with other teams
