Position Overview: Rabbu is looking for an ambitious and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our sales team by identifying, qualifying, and creating new sales opportunities. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and sellers, helping them understand the benefits of Rabbu’s advertising and marketing solutions. You will play a key part in driving the growth of our platform by filling the top of our sales funnel with high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify and qualify new leads through cold outreach (email, phone, and social media) to real estate agents, lenders, and sellers.
  • Lead Nurturing: Maintain a consistent follow-up process and build strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to schedule meetings and develop strategies to convert prospects into clients.
  • Market Research: Understand the STR market, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate Rabbu’s value proposition.
  • CRM Management: Accurately track and manage all leads and sales activities in the CRM. What We’re Looking For:

Experience: 1-2 years of sales or lead generation experience, preferably in advertising, marketing, or real estate.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you're persuasive and enjoy building relationships.
Self-Starter: Motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Organization: Strong time-management and organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously.
Real Estate Knowledge: Experience or knowledge in real estate or the STR industry is a plus, but not required.

**Compensation:

Base Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 annually.
Commission: Competitive commission structure based on performance, with uncapped earning potential. SDRs can expect to earn an additional $25,000 – $45,000 annually in commissions for hitting targets.
