About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Webflow Developer with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually stunning, user-friendly websites using Webflow and possess strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Development: Design, build, and maintain responsive websites using Webflow, ensuring high-quality performance and alignment with branding guidelines.
- Customization: Develop custom animations, interactions, and components to enhance user experience.
- Content Updates: Manage content updates and implement design changes as required.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver projects on time.
- Optimization: Ensure websites are optimized for performance, SEO, and accessibility.
- Troubleshooting: Debug and resolve issues, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation and update stakeholders regularly.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of professional experience as a Webflow developer or similar role.
- Webflow Expertise: Proficiency in Webflow, including CMS, animations, and interactions.
- Design Knowledge: Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- HTML/CSS Skills: Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and an understanding of JavaScript.
- Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail to ensure pixel-perfect designs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with team members
Nice-to-Have Skills
