Product Designer

Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented designer to join our early-stage start-up. We're looking for a designer who can help us create visually stunning and user-friendly websites, web applications, and ad content.

Responsibilities

• Independently design visually appealing websites, web applications, ad content, and UX designs that reflect our company's values and vision.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that all design projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Conduct user research and testing to ensure that our designs meet the needs of our target audience.
• Communicate design ideas and concepts to other team members and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies to ensure that our designs are cutting-edge and innovative.
• Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for our brand across all platforms and mediums.
• Work closely with our development team to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, UX design, or related field.
• At least 2-3 years of professional design experience, preferably in a start-up environment.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, or similar.
• Strong portfolio of design work that showcases your design skills and process.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
• Familiarity with UX design principles and user research methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines.
