ELEMENT is looking for a (Junior) IT Support Manager (f/m/x) to assist in all IT functions of the company playing a crucial role in setting up and expanding the IT management landscape while being part of a great team with a cooperative culture that value your enthusiasm!

What Will Keep You Challenged?

Supporting company-wide IT coordination and end-user support.
Assisting with device management.
Collaborating with senior IT specialists to solve complex IT issues.
Participating in the preparation, organization and control of internal IT projects.
Helping to review the needs for IT solutions.

What Will Make You Succeed?

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, computer sciences or mathematics.
At least 2 years of experience in helpdesk/end-user support.
Very good skills in support and troubleshooting Windows 10 Devices and MacOS.
Very good skills in system scripting (PowerShell, Terminal Scripts) are essential for the job position.
Very good skills in patch management and endpoint security hardening.
Very good experience in Microsoft products and Apple products, JIRA, and Confluence.
Good Networking Skills (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, VPN).
Great analytical and communications skills, driven to learn and an excellent team player.
Business level fluency in English and good German communication skills.

Bonus Points For:

Experience with Information Security solutions and vendor management.
The ability to troubleshoot and repair small hardware issues is a strong plus.
Experience working with Linux.
