The Role

What we are looking for

We are seeking a fully-remote, highly motivated, ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) and/or Account Executive (AE) to accelerate our growth. Both junior and senior profiles will be considered. You have a killer sales track record and extreme selling horsepower. You're entrepreneurial, competitive and tenacious. Opportunity for rapid promotion and becoming a manager.

This role is fully remote. However candidates should be located on the CENTRAL Region of the USA (TEXAS, etc). You will work US Central time zone business hours. Fluent English speaking and writing is an absolute must.

The role

The SDR is the first point of contact – an important first impression! You will be responsible for developing and qualifying revenue opportunities with new customers, conducting strategic research into specific targets, and prospecting via email, social media and phone calls.

If you are a top performer, you'll be rewarded generously with an attractive % commission and a significant equity package. Please do not apply if you are looking for a base salary right away. We estimate that your total compensation will climb up around $70k-$110k yearly average at end of year 1, with a nice upward potential still in year 2 onward (there will be NO cap on commissions), but again, there is NO base salary at the beginning, so you need to have the right mindset of investing your time at the beginning for a bigger payoff later on, both from the commissions and from the equity. At a later date, based on your performance and the company's growth, you will be eligible for a revised compensation, with a modified commission structure and including a base salary, as well as FTE.

Responsibilities

You’ll have the opportunity to play a significant role as we scale our Sales organization. As we grow, and if you perform, you will have the opportunity to recruit additional SDRs and manage them, or move into an Account Executive / Management role.

This is a critical role, requiring high energy and enthusiasm to secure new revenue by qualifying and scheduling meetings for our CEO and other founders/C-level executives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Research accounts, identify key targets and generate interest through outreach (email campaigns, LinkedIn, discovery calls, social media, etc.)
  • Generate new outbound leads and follow up with leads in pipeline
  • Qualify leads
  • Do calls with prospects both to qualify them and to demo our software
  • Book meetings and demos for executives when a lead is qualified
  • Conduct high level discovery calls with prospects
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly pipeline goals
  • Develop new angles and test different strategies to achieve sales goals

About you

  • 1+ year of prior sales experience (open to junior and senior SDr)
  • Quick learner who can articulate complex concepts
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, great listener
  • Highly organized self-starter who can multitask and adapt to rapid change
  • Driven, dynamic, and high-energy personality
  • Tenacious, always learning and GTD

Bonus points

  • CRM and sales tools experience is a plus
  • Experience selling SaaS
  • Experience with automation of campaigns/follow-ups
  • Track record of improving/scaling sales processes
  • Experience in a commission-based role
  • Some marketing experience is a plus
