Job Description
o City Head – Key Accounts is a people management role with a team size of 50 to 100 Sales Manager and 5 to 10 Area Managerso City Head is responsible to build & train the team and drive sales and business development for the assigned cities.o Ensure the motivation levels in the team and keep the team engaged for long run.o Make sure to be on the field with the team and lead it from the front for acquisition, retention of payment solution.o City Head needs to be an MBA with at least 6 to 8 years of overall experience of which at least 4 years of team management role.
