We're looking for a talented, driven, ambitious and well connected Chief Marketing Officer and Co-Founder!

About Us

We’re looking for Co-founders to join our already established, dynamic and innovative startup, with a track record of over 5 years, and notable local and international clients including; Mattel (Barbie, Hot Wheels, etc.), Appletiser, FNB and Capitec, to name but a few.

Crisp is passionate about reshaping and advancing the event industry through technology, forward thinking and an attendee-centric approach. This means that we don’t only strive to make events better for organisers, but that we understand that events are successful when they deliver on (and exceed) attendees expectations.

About You

A lover of festivals, live music, sports, food, expos, all things lifestyle and entertainment.

Passionate about defining and transforming the digital landscape both in South Africa and abroad.

Proven track record and a strong portfolio of work.

Looking to build something you can be proud of and call your own.

Experience

8 - 10 years of work experience preferably in Events and PR, Online Marketing, Agency, etc.

Strong interpersonal and sales skills.

Experience in the technology industry advantageous.

Experience working with large local and/or international brands.

Ability to leverage working relationships with an extensive network of business partners and clients.

Access to Decision Makers.

Education

Tertiary education advantageous

3 Year Degree and above

or Equivalent certifications

What We’re offering:

Equity equal to your contribution in: time, clients or capital.

Commission and pay equal to hours worked on campaigns.

Bonuses based on annual turnover (dividends).
