We're a passionate startup building a coaching platform marketplace that connects ambitious mentees with exceptional coaches. We're on a mission to democratize access to mentorship and empower individuals to achieve their goals.
In this fast-paced role, you'll be a growth engine, responsible for:
- Prospecting Powerhouse: Identify and target ideal companies seeking coaching solutions for their employees. Become a master of building targeted prospect lists and researching decision-makers.
- Supercharging the coach side: Attract high-quality coaches across various fields and specialties. Craft compelling campaigns (think targeted ads, social media outreach, industry partnerships) to showcase the benefits of our platform and fill their coaching schedules.
- Building a mentee magnet: Design a sticky user acquisition strategies (SEO, content marketing, influencer partnerships) to quickly attract a diverse pool of mentees seeking guidance.
- Pipeline Perfectionist: Craft compelling outreach campaigns (think email sequences, social selling, targeted ads) to generate qualified leads. Build a robust sales pipeline full of high-potential B2B customers.
- Lead Nurturing Ninja: Design nurturing campaigns that educate prospects, address pain points, and showcase the value proposition of our platform. Move leads smoothly through the sales funnel towards conversion.
- B2B Pipeline Powerhouse Builder: Identify and develop strategic partnerships with companies seeking coaching solutions for their employees. Craft compelling B2B campaigns and sales funnels to convert these leads into paying customers. This means prospecting, outbound efforts, and scaled activities to generating pipeline and moving identified prospects thru the journey to close new business.
- Community building: Foster a vibrant online community where coaches and mentees can connect, share experiences, and build lasting relationships. And use our digital community to source new leads.
- Segmentation Sorcerer: Analyze prospect data to segment them effectively. Tailor outreach and messaging to resonate with specific needs and pain points of different buyer personas.
- Closing Confidence: Partner with the CGO to close deals. Prepare compelling decks and demos that turn B2B prospects into converted paid customers.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Track key metrics (think lead generation rates, conversion rates, sales cycle length) and analyze data to optimize your strategies for maximum impact.
We're looking for someone who:
- Thrives in a startup environment and embraces calculated risks.
- Possesses a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and B2B sales strategies. Is a data whiz, comfortable with analyzing user behavior and optimizing based on insights.
- Can create compelling content that attracts both coaches, mentees, and B2B clients. Is a master of building online communities and fostering engagement.
- Delivers results quickly and demonstrates the impact of their work through clear metrics.
Bonus points if you have experience with:
- Two-sided marketplace growth strategies.
- Online coaching platforms or the coaching industry in general.
- Building and managing marketing automation tools.
- B2B sales and lead generation tactics.
