Agile Consultant/Coach

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Helping clients understand the value and need for agile transformation by showing the improvements in objective metrics and measurable outcomes
• Develop deep understanding of the processes, identify right agile practices and methodologies, implement the same while guiding, coaching and enabling client and internal teams
• Manage expectations of clients and internal stakeholders, create visibility and drive value for the clients and for Greyamp
• Coach and assist members of the client team (as applicable) to drive business value and writing user stories
• Develop the ability to facilitate Agile skill building/training sessions for all client members at various stages of the transformation process
• Cultivate an Agile mindset at all times and act as a custodian for the Agile process
• Develop expertise in leading Agile working practices both within Greyamp and client teams

*Pre-requisites : *

• 4+ years of experience working with Agile Methodologies and deep understanding of agile practices and agile
• Strong problem solving and use of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve products
• Strong sense of continuous improvement, learning new tools, setting up and participating in a larger community of practice.
• Attention to detail, multitasking capabilities and ability to work well under pressure.
• Experience working in a startup environment and technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies would be added advantage
