Where to Meet: Currently teaching 440 Lafayette NYC, WFH hours: 6am-8pm (with 2 hour break)

What exists today: NW® is a media company located in NYC, self-funded and operated by its founder Nicole with 20,057 direct customers in 85 countries with niche high-profile clients. The $2.5million dollar biz with $560k in income spending $0 on marketing currently provides group classes, digital subscription, and private coaching. The CRM and emails are managed via Momence software, marketed to 80k instagram followers. Media is stored on harddrives, google drive, and dropbox. The operational processes are on a word doc and media/brand deals are currently handled by her.

Nicole Elizabeth Winhoffer is an American dancer and renowned Fitness Artist. Mixed race, from Castle Hill, Bronx and Jersey, Nicole’s passion for dance was influenced by her need to create a new world where music, imagination, sports, and prayer became her medicine for healthy self-expression. Nicole left home at 17 on a mission to prove that she could make a living on her own, doing what she loved, dance. Gracing stages with the greatest artists of our time, Nicole inspired a new world of wellness by combining sports, art, and spirituality through music. With our app, NYC store, and tv show we partner with renowned celebs in sports and entertainment to generate over 200,000 users in the next two years to teach the world to dance.

Role in a SnapShot: A trusted team member, working directly with the founder/teacher, you will be responsible for the day to day ops of the company, direct projects and people relations across all company divisions and its performance.

About You:
A very hard worker with strong problem solving skills
Excited about the access to Nicole’s community and teachers to learn and embody the company

Minimum 10 year experience in management
Strong project management and great negotiating skills
Able to meet deadlines in calm, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Responsibilites/Ops
Work with owner and leadership to enhance Company’s profile
Schedule and manage Founder’s appointments and meetings
Step up around day to day mngmt of biz while Nicole seed fundraises (5/15/24-9/1/24)
Secure NW® Studio location (6/1/24)
Project manage build out (9/1/24) launch (1/1/25)
Manage company relations for media projects: tv (9/1/24), publishing (9/1/24), video game TBD
Launch NW® Teacher Certification launch event NYC (1/1/26)

Responsibilities/Finance
Work with owner to oversee accounting and overall management of the cashflow
Manage expenses and advise on finances and company growth
Conscious of goal that company is profitable and forecasts strategic growth plan

Ensure stats on Nicole and NW® are current in all materials/pitch decks using google/canva
Schedule meetings with execs at streaming co to sell tv show (9/1/24)
Close B2B deal (1/1/25)

Marketing & Sales
Deep understanding of NW® products, programs, customers
Execute on NW® sales process via Instagram/Facebook (free acqui first)
Examine NW® Price Test data to launch campaign to drive sales and profitability
Schedule and create content with Nicole for socials
Ensure brand consistency using brand book and guidelines

HR: Recruit and oversee
NW® social media intern to market product (4/30/24)
NW® IP/content manager to manage digital platform (4/30/24)
NW® engineer, customer success, product (6/1/24) to build MVP (10/1/24)
NW® Studio team: contractor architect designer (7/1/24)

Customer Relations
Maintain NW® customer relations with demanding people keeping them happy but setting firm boundaries
Handle bank/Stripe disputes and document in detail evidence, reasoning, and screenshots to submit to win
Make sure all customers waivers/terms of service are signed always

Compensation:
Option 1: $125K/yr then $200K post successful fundraise
Option 2: ($1,200 + 50% net sales: 3 mo Contractor) then $125K/ Yr 1 post successful raise
Contractor will receive full payment in the amount of $100/week during term
Contractor will receive payment on Aug 5th, 2024 (12 weeks from start date)
The Contractor will receive full payment in the amount of 50 (%) of Net Sales of the Company during the Term. Contractor will receive 1st salary payment, net30, from the Company's next financing closing, as determined by Company. Net Sales shall mean aggregate revenue received by the Company for the products purchased by its customers, less the cost of sales returns, allowances and discounts.
Option 3: $150K/yr (.5-2%) equity

The hiring process includes 5 rounds and NW® education. You must attend each NW® Class Sunday 10am 4/14, 4/21, 4/28, 5/5, 5/12 to make it through each round.
