Founding Tech Lead

Job Description

KredPool is growing its software engineering team and we are looking for an experienced software developer to join us as Technical Lead. Working closely with founders, you will be responsible for owning the product, tech stack, development across teams.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of applications and their CI/CD pipelines.
• Engineer, design and estimate solutions for new feature requests together with product team.
• Review pull requests to ensure high quality and maintainable solutions.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Responsible for developing core modules of Kredpool products (LoanPro, AuditPro).
• Responsible for overall decision making in product tech stacks, architecture and maintaining it.
• Review the software requirements and plan product development.
• Drive regular team stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and sprint retros.

Essential Skills

• Expertise in either frontend or backend frameworks.
• Experience with reviewing pull requests of colleagues and improving their technical capability
• Experience with building and deploying applications at scale
• Experience with common software engineering practices such as OO-development, common design patterns, unit testing, secure coding practices, writing clean and neat code and documentation…
• Knowledge of common technologies such as REST web services, OAuth, JSON, XML, SQL
• Experience with agile software development
• Experience in working on a SaaS product (preferred)
