Back End Developer (NodeJS, NestJS)

Required

• In-depth knowledge of Node.js frameworks such as ExpressJS or NestJS
• ~ 1 Year of hands-on working experience as a Node.js Developer
• Well versed with postgresql Schema Design and ORM Best Practices
• Familiarity with the whole web stack, including protocols and web server optimization technique
• Ability to understand user requirementa nd translate it to software specification
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript (ES6/ECMAScript 2015)
• Exposure to elastic search or typeSence
• Availability to resolve urgent web application issues outside of business hours.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand, analyse and document system functional requirement
• Develop and Execute postgresql Schema for new and existing module of tool
• Write programming logic as per functional software system requirement
• Developing and maintaining all server-side network components.
• Ensuring optimal performance of the central database and responsiveness to front-end requests.
• Day to day collaborating with front-end developers on backend changes
• Designing back-end services for various business processes.
• Build/improve, new/existing features/APIs/services etc. in our product using NestJS (TypeScript)
• Developing high-performance applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code.
• Implementing effective security protocols, data protection measures, and storage solutions.
• Running diagnostic tests, repairing defects, and providing technical support.
• Documenting Node.js processes, including database schemas, as well as preparing reports.
• Create and use CI/CD pipelines for deployments to appropriate environments
• Recommending and implementing improvements to processes and technologies.
• Working with Engineering Leader to explore advancements in the field of Node.js development and infrasctructre cost optimazation.
