Requirements:
Need someone with rich experience within the Talent Acquisition Background
Someone who has good experience in hiring for IT and non-IT requirements
5+ years of Business to Business sales experience or IT Staffing experience
Demonstrated ability to understand IT, and technical job requirements
Having experience building high-level partnerships within different companies.
Ability to demonstrate success in identifying, closing, and maintaining new accounts
Ability to prioritize work and use self-management to meet weekly metrics
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment
Detail oriented
Qualifications
You will be an individual contributor with a focus on relationship building and skill enhancement of the employees working as Talent Acquisition Specialists
Strong knowledge and understanding of strategic recruitment practices and operations related to the placement of qualified and diverse applicants.
Requires analytical ability and judgment in conducting interviews and in screening applicants; objectivity must be exercised in determining qualifications and recommending selections.
Ability to maintain confidential information and materials.
Strong written and communication skills. Requires tact, diplomacy and excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong client relationship skills.
Excellent interpersonal, emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills.
Solid team player and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Conducting and being a part of daily meetings
Catering to the needs of client/ internal requirements and cultivating a smooth process to reach the goal
Enhance team management and motivation of the employees
Approach prospective clients in order to grow our business.
Lead all aspects of the sales process, while calling upon other company sales resources to assist in solution development, proposal delivery, and implementation, as needed or as directed by management
Work with senior sales team leaders to put best lead generation and sales techniques into action.
Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
Attend user groups meet-ups, tech speaking groups, lunch & learns, networking events, job fairs to build relationships with potential new clients
Communicate with local alumni associations for colleges/universities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual hiring status reports
Design procedures for each hiring stage, including assessments and interview questions
