Operation Assistant

Key responsibilities:

• Assist the team to schedule on-site support for the bus operation and passenger onboarding arrangement
• Coordinate with the bus operator partners to optimize the operation/passenger onboarding process
• Coordinate with the team to design the optimal operation flow by event basis
• Required to perform venue site visit, on-demand night or weekend on-site support duties

Job Requirements:

• 1-3+ years of experience in the related fields
• Holder of diploma or above (we welcome candidates from all streams)
• Proficiency in PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Chinese word and Powerpoint processing
• Good communication skills, hardworking and willing to learn
• Attention to details and able to solve problems independently
• Possess strong coordination skills; able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
