Operation Manager

You will lead one of the categories under Home Services team which is the largest home services business in Hong Kong. You will be given a great level of autonomy and great adventures – you are the key contributor to business strategy and team direction!

Responsibilities

• Team Management: Get to know your team and identify their growth areas and provide guidance for them to achieve the goal
• Responsible for Team revenue growth: Oversee strategic business plans for Home Services Team from planning to metrics evaluation – You are required to do market research, plan, align with stakeholders, execute and evaluate the result and adjust.
• Operational Excellence: Develop process for operation and identify improvement area to maximize category competitiveness and profitability
• Explore Business Opportunities: Work closely with the internal teams e.g., product team, growth team and customer services team to delivery good results on projects
• Stakeholder Management: Conduct analysis and reports regarding the quality of the deliverables for senior management review
