About WeHeal
WeHeal is a SaaS aiming to prevent people with chronic pain from addressing hospitals when their health conditions aren't an emergency.
Using a clinical decision support system we allow preventive healthcare maintenance for people with symptoms of pain, and improving the assertiveness of diagnosis, saving millions in heath care costs.
*About the Job *
This is a NO SALARY position for now. Welcome to the team! We've been here for a while. As a reward, you will get a big chunk of the pie once we are fully funded.
*You'll have a close path through the strategies with the CEO and CTO, who has beeing here since the previous mvps. Our previous business developer has already developed a benchmarketing before been hired on a european startup.
The Project
Our operations were already validated outside the digital world during the last 7 years, and the next step is integrate the AI capabilities.
We have a very mature project, with a clear business implementation roadmap. The next months we're starting the trials phase to evaluate to the POC, and we've being in close talk with angel investors inserted on the private and public scenario of the healthcare brazilian system, and every step is reassured by the wilingness to pay.
We expect you to do
Plan, design and implement the country Sales (main focus) and Marketing.
- Help to build WeHeal's top of the funnel,
- Structure the sales tatics and processes with the CEO (from cold calls to closing)
- Establish the basic media along with it's content generation to drive qualified traffic - Website, Blog, White Papers, Case Studies, etc.
- Promptiness to adapt the pitch deck for different stakeholders,
- Surface new or unexpressed customer needs, leading to product/program improvements
Your Experiences
You know how to pitch..you have already put some neurons and efforts to design and sale an early stage startup.
The "ideal" partner
- É brasileiro ou fala português e conhece o mercado brasileiro,
- Has experience in early-stage Startups growth,
- Has at least 5-year work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role, ideally at an SaaS enterprise,
- Is a self-starter, hands-totally-on and have a positive vibe to engage with the team,
- Strong design, creativity and branding affinity,
- Wear the hats, not hyping around, let's rock them all!
