The Opportunity
We’re hiring Account Executives during an exciting time of hyper-growth @ Hubster!
Hubster Account Executives are hunters by nature and love the thrill of chasing down new business. As an Account Executive, you will be a Hubster product expert and be able to clearly articulate the value of our product suite to restaurant owners through prospecting and customer engagement. At Hubster, we believe that sales should spend more time selling and less time doing admin - so you will have a dedicated activations, onboarding and support team to provide ongoing service to your new customers.
A day in the life of a Hubster Account Executive…
Your typical day will be spent on the phone, split between new outbound calls and following up with existing prospects. Overall, the sales cycle is quite short with minimal complexity - we are very passionate about getting our product out to as many new customers as possible so make it as easy as possible for new customers to come on board.
We are passionate about coaching and development and are committed to investing time and resources to continually upskill our sales people to help them succeed and kick goals.
- Conduct a high volume of outbound outreach with prospective customers (you will be provided with leads) via phone, email and other channels as required.
- Be an advocate for the Hubster brand by showcasing our products, values and overall experience delivered to customers.
- Get creative and utilise value-based selling tactics to maximize revenue while illustrating the value of our product.
- Build strong relationships with merchants - truly understand the nature of their business and create solutions for their food delivery pain points.
- Gracefully overcome common sales objections
- Use Salesforce to track activity and pipeline progress
- Actively contribute to our team goals and culture; share feedback, ideas, be passionate about your customers, team and our wider business!

- 6 months to 3 years of sales experience.
- Soft skills - great tone, energy and ability to effectively communicate to both customers and the internal team.
