Rize Modular is seeking an entrepreneurial Director of Marketing to join our rapidly expanding team.

The individual who fills this senior position as Vice President of Marketing will be a critical part of our marketing department and will have tremendous opportunity to grow within the team. Your Work with Us
Responsibilities:
-Create an new look, feel and voice for the company. Looking to update the current website, social media as well as all company messaging.
-Exercise a data-centric approach to gather customer/user insights and use data to improve future marketing campaigns and results.
-Develops and executes seasonal marketing plans and strategies with - measurable KPIs. -Schedules and leads internal marketing meetings, brainstorms, updates and campaign recaps.
-Collaborates with Social Media team to develop and execute social and influencer strategy.
-Manages agency partners, including Public Relations and Affiliates, to maximize performance, exposure, efficiency and ensure accurate brand messaging across all platforms.
-Works closely with creative team to coordinate assets, emails, and collateral.
-Understands the importance of a deadline and is flexible with shifting deadlines and priorities. -Has a pulse on customer and incorporates popular trends into marketing materials.
-Collaborates with agency partners to manage affiliate relationships and execute monthly campaigns. -Creates and executes informed strategy for social and website retargeting.
-Oversee and execute strategy on company marketing initiatives that contribute to our high growth goals, including demand generation, customer acquisition, marketing operations, content, events, social media, PR, branding, and more. -Be able to wear a strong product marketing hat. Align closely with product and revenue teams to understand our client's needs, create go-to-market strategies, and create communication and collateral that reflects Rize’s brand and ROI for clients.
-Implement a product marketing plan to ensure alignment on all new product feature announcements, launches, and sales/marketing collateral.
-Be involved in annual and quarterly planning, keeping track of budget, and reporting on marketing initiatives performance, with a focus on ROI & revenue growth. You must be a strong analytical leader and be very comfortable with marketing metrics.
Qualifications:
-BA/BS Degree with 4-8 years of work experience. -Experience working in groups/teams, with excellent communication skills both verbal and written. -Confident attitude, reaching out to new potential partners and stakeholders across the company. -A desire to mix both analytics and relationship management into daily tasks. -Ability to think outside the box using creative problem-solving. -Have an agency and/or startup background is a big plus
