Location - Mumbai
Manage and build a team of regional sales managers. Starting with a team of 2 in Maharashtra / Gujarat and then expanding nationally via own team and a set of channel partners
Pitch company’s modules to schools, corporates, distributors and afterschool networks in India and overseas markets
Build a strong network of channel partners catering to schools
Build a sales pipeline and achieve sales targets while also monitoring key metrics - number of outreaches, proposals sent, and final conversion
Plan approaches and pitches for school and other institutional partners
Develop channel partners in overseas markets
Work with the content team to understand what sales & marketing collateral can make the business development process stronger
Candidate Profile:
Tier 1 - B-school graduate with a minimum 2 yrs+ of channel / B2B sales experience
Very good communication skills
Must have own laptop and broadband connection
Interview Process:
Round 1 HR round
Round 2 -Team Lead interview
Round 3 - Final round with Director or HOD
Reporting to - VP, Global Sales
