- You are an expert in developing customer personas and differentiated positioning to help drive customer acquisition, product adoption and retention programs.
- You can develop brand and product positioning and messaging informed by qualitative and quantitative research, market and competitor insights.
- You can effectively partner with product managers, engineers and data scientists to identify product opportunities and prioritize efforts based on impact to the business.
- You can effectively partner with marketing, sales, customer success and content teams to drive go-to-market strategies - including targeting, segmentation, product positioning, value propositions, messaging, marketing channels, and budgets - across the customer journey to drive adoption of new products and features.
- You can act like a general manager for our Credit Decisioning Engine and become the go-to expert for your product area to help shape the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy and product launches.
- You can recruit and manage a highly effective team of Product Marketing Managers and ensure cohesiveness across all teams, products and messaging strategies.
- You are data-driven and can develop best practices for reporting on product metrics and make decisions based on feature adoption and performance, as well as identify optimization opportunities throughout the customer journey.
- You are excited about getting to know our customers and what motivates them, as well as identifying ways that we can delight them.
- You are able to simplify complex topics and product features into beautifully simple and engaging value props.
What we’re looking for
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B fintech and/or 2-sided marketplaces.
- Experience developing and executing GTM strategies and leading complex product launches with measurable results.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills and engaging storytelling abilities.

- Proficient in Google Suite, project management software (e.g. Trello, Jira, Asana, etc.), good knowledge of marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MailChimp, etc.)
- ** We don’t expect you to have them all, but we do expect you to be exceptional at some (the more the merrier!). We can’t wait to learn what those are.
