HopStair (hopstair.com) is an early stage start up on a mission to help people build confidence and unlock their potential.
We call ourselves the Duolingo of confidence building, to support people to invest daily into their mental health piggybank.
HopStair is bootstrapped with a mobile app in closed beta.
Confidence is our unique focus area because of it's transformative and preventative power to a person's wellbeing and effectiveness. In this way, confidence contributes to greater optimisim, better mental health, greater resilience, and higher personal effectiveness and impact incl. ability to achieve goals.
The key to building confidence borrows from many social scientific, psychology and medical fields.
HopStair is collaborating with a range of universities to ensure sufficient specialism can be brought into the app.
We are recruiting to a psychologist/neuroscientist to provide subject matter expertise into product development, to input into content and pathway development as well as design of the app to ensure our approach is grounded in psychological/neuroscientific principles and evidence. This role also leads on our academic partnerships.
This position is equity-based to start with (1-3%, depending on time commitment) with future cash remuneration subject to a raise and/or revenue.
The successful candidate should have approproiate qualifications, ideally with a keen interest in confidence or related concepts as well as digital health.
This role is equity-based and not yet cash remunerated!
