We are determined to transform people's mental wellbeing, relationships and personal effectiveness through helping them unlock their superpower...confidence. Confidence is something that's often talked about but rarely understood. In fact, between 50-70% of people don't have enough confidence - many don't know how to define, let alone build it. Coaching can unlock confidence effectively but is a widely underutilised and inaccessible technique. We are determined to become leaders in all things confidence, bringing together the wealth evidence-based techniques and approaches to build it, and to make coaching the tool to build. To support this, we are developing groundbreaking AI models to enhance personalisation, personal insight and two-way dialogue for users. Most importantly, we think outside the box, love diversity of skill and talent and champion a culture where it's OK to fail, in fact we encourage it, because innovation doesn't come from cookie cutter approaches :)
