Responsibilities:
Quickly create style guide, journey map, user flows, wireframes, UI mockups and interactive prototypes.
Deliver approved UI/UX controls, layouts, fonts, placement, navigation, etc.
Handle website UI design.
Work closely with the Product team and founders on roadmap.
Required:
3 - 6 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design.
Proficient with visual design apps such as Figma, Sketch and Balsamiq.
Challenges for problem-solving skills and seek to optimize data for the best possible outcome.
Ability to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet the product requirements.
A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.
Ability to handle the console UI and design system; scaling it by contributing to components, UI patterns, and documentation.
Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams.
Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.
Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
