UI/UX Designer at DataBrain

Responsibilities:

• Quickly create style guide, journey map, user flows, wireframes, UI mockups and interactive prototypes.

• Deliver approved UI/UX controls, layouts, fonts, placement, navigation, etc.

• Handle website UI design.

• Work closely with the Product team and founders on roadmap.

Required:

• 3 - 6 years of demonstrated experience in creating and implementing UX design.

• Proficient with visual design apps such as Figma, Sketch and Balsamiq.

• Challenges for problem-solving skills and seek to optimize data for the best possible outcome.

• Ability to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet the product requirements.

• A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability and accessibility concerns.

• Ability to handle the console UI and design system; scaling it by contributing to components, UI patterns, and documentation.

• Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently

• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams.

• Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design.

• Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.

• Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
