Kruu Inc is a platform that seeks to connect high school children with global creative minds to enable them to develop real-world skills through project-based learning. Kruu aims to bridge the gap in traditional education that does not allow for creative thinking or practical application of skills. The founder, Anil Srinivasan, is a renowned musician with a background in cognitive neuroscience and a passion for revolutionizing education through creative intelligence.

Role Description
The User Experience Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive and delightful user experiences for Kruu's platform. This includes conducting user research, using design thinking to ideate and develop solutions, prototyping, and developing visual designs. The User Experience Designer will work closely with other stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience across all aspects of the platform.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Design Thinking and User Research
• Proficient in Visual Design and User Experience (UX)
• Experience in Prototyping and creating wireframes and mockups
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills -A passion for creating user-centered designs and experiences
• Experience working Hybrid (when required) is preferred
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, Information Architecture, or Equivalent
