Technical requirements:
- Excellent knowledge of designing scalable and easy-to-maintain software solutions
- At least 7 years of commercial experience as a full stack developer
- Very strong knowledge of any backend language and DB environment of your choice that would be a good fit for building the backend of a mobile CRM app
- Strong to solid knowledge of React Native
- Basics of server administration
- Having built iOS/Android apps before
- Having lead teams of other developers before
This would be your role:
- Build out product specifications alongside product owner and UI/UX designer
- Come up with the right architecture for our software and help us finalize the choice of our tech stack
- Help the management team hire up to 4 additional developers and QA team to support you build the app's MVP (basic features to be defined, application available only for iOS and Android in the beginning)
- Keep our code base clean and enjoyable to work with
- Ensure long-term success, maintenance and new feature development
What you should know:
- This is a full-time position, however, the initial stage prior to hiring additional developers could probably be done with a lower time commitment
- There should be daily or otherwise regular scrum calls, other than that, working hours are flexible
