The Opportunity
Lane Four is looking for highly motivated professionals to join our growing Toronto – based team. The ideal candidate should possess:
- Experience in the Revenue operations umbrella including sales, marketing, and client success operations
- Experience With high growth start-ups or scale-ups with an understanding of the metrics and business challenges associated with these scenarios
- Experience with pardot, Hubspot, Marketo, outreach, SalesLoft, DocuSign, CPQ and CS tools, and bi tools.
Responsibilities
You will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.
- Helping to solve our client’s important problems by clarifying requirements and developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform
- Leading, coaching, guiding, and assisting team members to become a high performing team
- Working directly with external clients / end-users and stakeholders to collect business requirements, constructing user stories, and developing acceptance criteria
- Utilizing your project management skills, you will help to estimate the level of effort for activities (e.g., scope management)
- Working on complex deployments, troubleshooting complex problems with order of operations (flows, workflow, and process builder), to articulate theory behind workflow and validation rules as data quality tools
- Supporting business development efforts, including fostering professional relationships in the industry and preparing responses to requests for proposals
What You Will Bring to This Role
- A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
- Demonstrated core consulting skills combined with leading Salesforce technical competency and implementation experience (with Salesforce tools, offerings, and products)
- Good mix of hands-on technical, business analysis, and strong interpersonal skills
- Understanding of Salesforce security and the limitations of configurations and best practices in using code
