At ProBano, we are building a career guidance platform for high school students of India so that they can make the right career choices & build the skills needed to succeed. We have already provided career guidance to more than 30,000 students across 20 states of India. Now, we are looking to take the next step to scale pan India and help our youth explore and discover their passion.

At ProBano, we are building a strong core team and we need a full time Chief Technology Officer.

Roles & responsibilities include:

1. You'll be responsible for implementing the required technologies to scale up our proven career guidance platform online.
2. The job requires you to roll up your sleeves and be hands on with development.
3. You'll be a major part of the direction this company takes in terms of technology/product.

According to MHRD, EY, and KPMG's reports on K12 education, the market size for career assessment and guidance in India is currently estimated at over ₹5,000 crore, growing continuously.

There is a huge need: We have reputed existing clientele (like Honda, Colgate, HCL, etc. along with different types of schools and students), our app received almost 10,000 downloads post just 2 episodes of national exposure (on KBC), and there is secondary data which shows that lack of career guidance results in huge unemployability and job dissatisfaction.

Possibilities are endless: Better marketing and stronger technology will make this not only the biggest Career Guidance startup but the biggest EdTech startup of India in the next 5-10 years as students' career aspirations open up the market of college admissions, entrance exam coaching, tuitions, and skill building.
