ProBano provides students aged 14-25 with complete career guidance through an innovative and technology backed process:
1) Career Counselling: To help them finalize their career plan.
2) Mentor Sessions: To help them seek career advice from highly successful professionals in their chosen career field, and proceed in their career plan.
3) Career Based Courses: To help them learn the fundamental skills required to succeed in their chosen career option.
4) Soft Skill Enhancement: To help them gain soft skills which are transferable across career options.
5) Exposure to Opportunities: To help them gain access to opportunities through which they can further proceed on their career plan.
Through this process of career guidance, we help them explore and discover their passion.
