Software Support Hero (f/m/x) for Charity Fundraising (20-38,5h)

We need your support - to support them!

As a Software Support Hero, you and your team will:

• Design digital face-to-face campaigns for our charity partners
• Answer support requests from our users & solve problems
• Design help articles, newsletter posts and other content
• Advise & train customers on how to use our service
• bring important ideas and needs to the product team
• Make fundraisers and donors happy through smart digitization

We are looking for you because you:

• are willing to go the extra mile for our customers
• enjoy communication AND software
• are a digital native and operate Office & Co in your sleep
• You are solution-oriented, stress-resistant and have a good feeling for your counterpart
• Speak and write English, other foreign languages would be good
• ideally you already have experience or training in the field of customer care/IT/graphics
• ideally you were even a fundraiser and speak the language of our customers
• Bonus: experience with HTML and other front-end languages
• Bonus: Spanish language skills
