The Opportunity
We are a fast-growing cybersecurity startup that is using Machine Learning at scale to prevent fraud and cyber crimes. As the Internationalization Technical Program Manager, you will lead the cross functional effort to expand our core product offering to international customers. You will leverage your deep technical expertise to define and translate complex technical requirements into actionable program plans, manage program schedules, and communicate progress with a wide range of stakeholders ranging from individual contributors to C-level executives. You will work closely with Engineering, Product management and Go-To-Market teams to deliver programs on schedule and with high quality.
Who you are:
- Excellent project manager with demonstrated experience delivering large cross functional complex projects
- Deep technical background and experience partnering closely with Tech Leads, Engineering Managers, and Product Managers to produce technical requirements and execution plans
- Outstanding analytical skills and capable of tackling large, ambiguous, and multifaceted problems
- Goal-oriented with an ownership mentality. Able to operate autonomously to drive successful outcomes
- Exceptional communicator, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a large number of stakeholders in both written and verbal form
- Comfortable with the fast pace of a rapidly-growing startup
- Committed to personal and professional growth, with a constant desire to improve, create value, and make your team better
What you’ll do:
- Translate complex technical requirements from product and engineering counterparts into program plans with clearly defined milestones, owners and deadlines
- Drive programs and manage project schedules. This includes determining dependencies across project teams, proactively addressing risks and reporting progress to stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of program deliverables
- Participate in technical strategy development and resource planning with engineering and product partners
- Lead weekly cross functional standups to drive program progress
- Lead monthly leadership updates and quarterly program reviews
- Collaborate with go-to-market teams to successfully launch releases
Experience you’ll need:
- 5+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, or technical program management experience
- B.S. in Computer Science, Operations Engineering or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- Excellent project management skills, particularly the ability to handle multiple priorities, stakeholders and workstreams
- Proven track-record in end-to-end ownership of bringing new products to market and delivering results
- Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, and Data Science to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience shipping cybersecurity products preferred, but not required
