Sales Manager - ERP

Requirements
• Proven experience in sales; experience as a Tele sales or Inside Sales or in other Sales administration positions will be considered a plus;
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Ability to withstand strong work pressure and multitasking multi-cultural clients.
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
• Need to be self-starter and ability to work with less supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly phone/webinar skills
• Ability to control offshore sales team through online mode.
• A team player with high level of dedication
• Must be flexible in working hours.
Essential Skill set
• Excellent Verbal English Communicative skills with neutral accent. Knowledge of additional foreign languages such as French, Arabic, Chinese etc. shall be a plus factor
• Clarity in communication.
• Graduate in business administration or similar relevant streams. Also open to candidates with technical knowledge in ERP/DMS/HRMS/CRM etc.
• Excellent telephone/skype/webinar communication ability with well presentable/groomed features
