Product Manager - B2B SaaS (Web and Mobile)

As the Product Manager for NymbleUp, you will use your skills to break down complex problems into steps that drive product development and bring our product strategy to life. Working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and support, you will be responsible for ensuring that every feature has real value for our customers and NymbleUp

Key Responsibilities

Translate the product vision into highly engaging and effective web and mobile app experience

Collaborate internally and externally with cross-functional groups in program management, engineering, design, sales, development, and other disciplines to jointly align on plans to build the most impactful products, and then execute on those plans.

Fully own the product roadmap from ideation to delivery.

Prepare scopes of work and manage internal development teams and external technology partners to complete necessary software development; oversee acceptance testing and approve subcontractor payments.

Develop overall user experience (UX) design and functional specifications and requirements.

Ensure new product features and fixes are delivered reliably, efficiently, and to full specifications.

Create metrics and milestones around feature launches, measuring success post-launch and iterating.

Provide insight and feedback from customers and partners to the development teams to drive learning and improvement in industry solutions and digital transformation.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years of work experience
Product management experience in B2B SAAS products will be preferred
Problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to evolve product roadmap based on research, data, and industry trends
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
Technical background with understanding of data and metrics is preferred
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Masters/Bachelors degree in Computer Science, engineering or equivalent preferred
