Product Manager (SaaS) Mumbai

We’re searching for a Product Manager to lead our team and develop features for our SaaS product CSVbox. You'll work with cross-functional teams to implement a roadmap for the product. You’ll own our team's strategy, roadmap development, and execution!

What You'll Do:

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the CSVbox.
• Regularly engage with CSVBox users in user research to build deep insight into their needs and to find opportunities.
• Develop opportunities for our product(s) to better serve the customer needs through research and analytics, including collecting feedback from our customers, sales/support calls, and other feedback loops. Define stories, requirements, and specs.
• Get cross-functional teams aligned and passionate about the roadmap and direction.
• Understand the competitive landscape and evaluate market trends to better advise product roadmap.
• Measure adoption, usage data, and business results from product launches.
• Continuously evaluate product-market fit, identify technical dependencies, and perform external benchmarking.
• Define and execute product-led-growth strategies.

What We're Looking For:

• A successful track record of taking large features or products from MVP to full scale while collaborating closely with engineering, design, and research to define requirements and deliver features to users.
• You can strategically assess new opportunities, build alignment around these initiatives, and efficiently assemble qualitative and quantitative data to make your case.
• Ability to collaborate with both internal partners and external prospects/customers, and synthesize their feedback.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
• Ability to wear multiple hats and work in a startup environment.
