Software Engineer, Integrations Platform Singapore

The Opportunity

As part of the Integrations Platform team, your mission is to connect Abnormal’s product suite to the broader security/IT ecosystem, thereby improving security posture and enhancing detection and response capabilities for our customers.

Working in a small, cross-functional team, you will work closely with our product, engineering and customer support teams to develop this platform and API interfaces.

What you’ll do

• Build APIs and integrations that allow customers to pull Abnormal data into their other tools to support all necessary workflows, and vice versa
• Create a platform that makes building and extending integrations a trivial process

Who you are

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, with experience building APIs and interfacing with external third-party APIs
• Experience in writing up with tech designs
• Experience in operational excellence, strong in debugging and enabling support to customers
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate well with stakeholders (product, customer support, engineering), including ability to write documentation for user guides for both internal users and customers.
• Experience or have evidence of being resourceful, have the ability to unblock themself, and to work across time zones.
• Experience with working on relevant tech stacks - django, python, go and microservices, databases
• Experience working at scale
