Are you a graphic design wizard who also makes magic with your words? We’re looking to add a Content Specialist to our team!
From our headquarters overlooking Victoria’s beautiful inner harbour, we are growing and building a distributed team of people from around the world! The LlamaZOO crews are developing a bleeding-edge, mixed reality software platform that is straight out of science fiction. We are disrupting and improving how traditional industries do business with software products that combine big data, spatial business intelligence, enterprise systems, AR/VR, and a bit of our own magic.
Our software supports a variety of communication and collaboration use-cases in sustainable natural resources development, Indigenous land stewardship, wild-fire mitigation planning, carbon sequestration and wildlife habitat management. Our clients and partners use our visually rich and interactive solutions to unlock the power of their data.
As our Content Specialist, you will work closely with our Product and Business Development teams to assist in the design, development and implementation of strategic content. You’ll collaborate with both teams as you execute the end-to-end process from creative briefs to market-ready content for market-facing programs and campaigns. To be successful you will need to have strong writing (English) and design skills as you create materials for our website, sales programmes and social media platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities*:
- Collaborate with department leaders on strategic planning and scheduling
- Execute the end-to-end process of designing beautiful, on-brand materials for web, email, sales (decks, landing pages, and one-pagers) and social media
- Write persuasive, concise copy for market-facing initiatives based on program briefs
- Design and create a range of market-facing materials based on program briefs
- Hand off finished content items on schedule to Sales for Go-to-market programs *Duties and responsibilities outlined above are representative, but not all inclusive.
Required skills and experience:
- Excellent verbal and written (copywriting) communication skills (English)
- 3-5 years of copywriting experience
- 3-5 years Graphic Design skills (web and digital communications)
- Experience planning and delivering market-facing materials on schedule from Creative Brief to Hand Off.
- Strong knowledge using Adobe Creative Cloud and WordPress (or similar web CMS)
Beneficial experience:
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience using HubSpot
- Experience with strategic end to end go-to-market campaigns
