The Opportunity
Abnormal Security is looking for a Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager to drive and measure demand generation programs. This role will be reporting to the Director of Demand Generation and will have good visibility within the organization. You will execute and drive global demand generation campaigns while also reviewing performance and making recommendations for improvement. The direct impact of these programs will be filling our lead funnel, providing high quality MQLs for sales, and adding incremental revenue for the company. This role will also be a great opportunity to work within a fast growing company with smart marketing, marketing operations, content, and sales teams.
What you’ll do:
- Develop meaningful marketing campaigns and programs, aligning with marketing and business leaders, that will translate to business goals and objectives by delivering engagement, leads, and revenue.
- Partner with Product and Content Marketing to translate the product and solution messaging into strategic, compelling, and targeted engagement campaigns that can scale globally.
- Define detailed campaign playbooks, clearly identifying the target audiences, goals of campaigns, and the steps to execute on them.
- Submit campaign creative briefs to creative and content teams, with all necessary pieces, timing, and business impact to drive business goals.
- Take ownership of campaign performance by measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of campaign activities. This includes working with the marketing operations and business ops teams to set up and manage campaign performance KPIs, providing top level and deep insight reporting.
- Drive internal communications of current and upcoming campaigns to both Marketing and Sales teams, clearly communicating campaign goals, messaging, and follow up recommendations.
Experience you’ll need:
- Excellent communication skills, and a deep love for staying aligned with other teams
- 5+ years of experience owning demand generation campaigns for a B2B company and proven track record of effectively creating and optimizing them
- Ability to set strategy for and measure against business goals
- Experience working with content, customer marketing, and sales teams.
- Proven success managing multiple projects and deadlines via strong planning, organizational, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and an enthusiasm for data-driven marketing, with experience in common reporting systems
- Ability to understand new technologies quickly and become a subject matter expert.
- Prior experience in cybersecurity marketing preferred, but not required.
