You will play a key role in leading the development of new features of our mobile app, maintaining high standards of the current features, and overall shaping the future of our company.

As a Tech Lead at 433, you will work together with teams of skilled software developers to deliver working, scalable and efficient software for our users. You are responsible for technically designing the software and its features, but also actively helping the teams implement this. You provide input for the product owners, scrum masters, and executives to determine technical impact and development effort for epics and features. You stay up-to-date with the latest technologies to inspire other developers and find ways to utilize these to our advantage.

What you'll be doing:

• Take on the technical leadership for the teams
• Ensure technical quality and manage technical debt
• Ensure an optimized cloud infrastructure, from a functional and financial perspective
• Work closely with and advise stakeholders and product owners
• Help grow the technical skill set of the teams by driving and mentoring the team members
• Design future-ready software
• Propose improvements to our software and infrastructure based on the latest developments on the market
• Participate in long- and short-term planning

What you have:

• Passionate about tech, engineering, coding, and leading
• 5+ years of experience as a developer in web/app development
• 3+ years of experience as a software architect
• Know how to lead a development team
• Know how to design infrastructure and architecture for scale and efficiency
• Know what it means to build software and infrastructure that will support millions of daily users
• Deep understanding of frontend and backend performance aspects, analysis and optimization
• Experience with Node.js, React and React Native
• Experience with setting up and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure (preferably on AWS)
• Experience with software testing and its automation
• Experience with Scrum way of working
• Optimize digital solutions within your area of responsibility, leveraging user testing, A/B testing, and analytics reports.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment start-up environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree that relates to the role and/or industry
