About the Role

As a Conversion Optimization Lead you are responsible for collaborating with the client on current goals and initiatives. Identify optimization opportunities through research. Work with other team members like data analysts and developers to conduct optimization efforts.

Enavi is a small agency startup that has a diverse slate of clients and team members. We are looking for a driven, proactive Conversion Optimization Lead to do more than just drive forward conversion optimization with clients. You will immediately be placed into a role that has influence over the Enavi team, operations and overall direction of Enavi. This is not a normal conversion optimization lead role. We need an entrepreneur who wants to build a startup (some would say an intrepreneur) and has a desire to continually optimize operations, so we can scale. This role has a clear growth path into a head of [you name the department] role with an innovative ecommerce agency that will offer both products and services.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of conversion optimization experience at an agency
• Google Analytics Savvy
• Multi-Talented - Can easily float from data analysis to client management and from copy to design.
• Experience in Agile Scrum
• AB Testing Experience
