About Intimately: Intimately is an e-commerce adaptive apparel brand. We currently specialize in adaptive intimates but will be transitioning into regular apparel in the next 18 months. Intimately has been featured in Forbes, Glamour, Cosmopolitan, WWD and we plan to relaunch with our own collection on February 1st, 2022. We just closed our first funding round (which we will announce publicly in December).

We are looking for someone to develop and implement our SEO strategy and to deep dive into our marketing analytics and offer business insights to help grow Intimately. As a DTC brand, there's nothing more important than getting our digital marketing channels spot on.
Business/Performance Marketing Analyst Responsibilities:
Performing in-depth keyword research and strategic analysis, including competitive analysis.
Analyzing website and social media pages, then making recommendations for improvement.
Monitoring website traffic, search results, and developing strategies.
Managing paid search campaigns.
Keeping up to date with new trends and best SEO practices.
Define and monitor KPIs to influence decisions throughout Intimately
Become a go-to business partner with a deep understanding of consumer data, insights, and impact
Define our long-term data strategy for Marketing Analytics
Set up a framework to test incrementally new and existing marketing channels
Design, execute, and analyze experiments to refine marketing tactics
Constantly looking for opportunities to improve common ecommerce metrics (e.g. site performance, email capture, conversion rate, cross-sale/up sale, user engagement)
Create and maintain daily, weekly and monthly e-commerce reports and dashboards, tracking key metrics and flagging any trends or performance issues
Translating business challenges into analytical questions
Ensuring all business decisions utilize data and insight
Analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insight
Continuously looking to improve reporting systems
Creating, managing, and presenting dashboards for clients and key stakeholders
Data engineering and aggregating data into pipelines
Business/Performance Marketing Analyst Requirements
• BA/BS or equivalent in Statistics, economics, marketing, mathematics, or a similar field
• 2-3 years of professional experience working in digital marketing, ecommerce, or DTC
• HTML and JavaScript experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Google Tag Manager and tag implementation in general
• Passion for data and its fundamental ability to create value
• Google Analytics and SQL experience
• Experience with the concept of ETL
• Experience with connecting APIs

About the Team:
Intimately is an entirely remote team made up of disabled and non-disabled women in Europe and the U.S. We are a small team of 3 full-time hires and a few contract workers and interns that get the job done. This role will be working closely with the founder and CEO, Emma Butler. We are growing quickly after our recent fundraising close in October 2021. We're looking for passionate, entrepreneurial-minded individuals who are ready to help this early-stage startup scale into a full company.
