Marketing Project Coordinator/Manager

Can you manage marketing projects from concept to delivery, including overseeing creative briefs, kicking-off projects, scheduling deliverables and managing communications, both internally and externally? The Marketing Team at SimplePart is looking for an energetic new member to add to its team who can project manage all marketing and communication initiatives.

You Will:

Be the first point of contact for internal teams to keep communication open and projects on track.
Develop and manage project plans and task deadlines from creative development through delivery via a project management software.
Support other marketing team members by organizing production flow and holding stakeholders accountable for agreed upon deadlines (creative briefs, approvals, etc).
Work with members of the Marketing, Sales and Client Service teams to plan and manage the execution of communication efforts both internally and externally.
Work with members of the Creative, Account Management and Design teams to develop and execute sales promotions that drive growth for SimplePart and its clients.
Work with members of the Dealer Strategy and Support teams to develop effective marketing communications for and on behalf of SimplePart’s highest priority clients.
Know where all marketing projects stand and disseminate information every step of the way.
Work effectively in a heavily cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
You Have:

Great communication and relationship building skills
Superior Project Management skills
2+ years of project management experience
Proven ability to manage multiple projects of varying scopes at once in a fast-paced environment
A great sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize
Agency experience a plus
An understanding of Asana, Mailchimp, and Google Suite also a plus
