As a Lead Generation Specialist at CloutBurst, you’re a dynamic manager who thrives on creating processes, deploying automation, and leading SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) to consistently exceed targets. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you’ll be instrumental in designing outreach processes and implementing AI-driven strategies that allow CloutBurst to reach and nurture high-value prospects in the healthcare industry.

We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to spearhead lead acquisition through cold outreach, LinkedIn ads, content creation, and more. This role is pivotal to our growth, requiring a strong focus on automation and AI tools to scale lead generation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Strategy: Design and implement lead generation strategies to attract new clients through cold outreach, LinkedIn advertising, and other channels.
- Campaign Creation & Execution: Develop lead magnets, email campaigns, and ad content to capture leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Automation & AI Integration: Use automation tools (e.g., Salesloft, HubSpot) and AI to streamline outreach, personalize messaging, and efficiently manage large prospect lists.
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze metrics such as conversion rates and campaign performance to optimize strategies continuously.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging content that drives inbound interest, including blogs, whitepapers, and case studies.
- Market Research: Conduct ongoing research on target industries, identifying trends and adjusting campaigns based on insights.
- Reporting: Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports on lead generation activities and results.
- Qualifications:

- 2+ years in lead generation, sales development, or digital marketing, ideally within a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Skills: Proficiency in LinkedIn advertising, cold outreach, and lead magnet creation. Familiarity with automation tools and AI technologies is essential.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis abilities, with experience using analytics tools to inform decisions.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate persuasively.
- Creativity: A proactive approach to creating engaging campaigns and content that resonate with target audiences.

Requirements
- Proven Lead Development Automation Experience: You’ve led a high-performing SDR/BDR team at a fast-growth company with automated or AI-driven tools. You’re eager for a new challenge to apply your skills to a specialized niche in healthcare.
- Tech-Savvy and Data-Driven: You love leveraging technology and analytics to refine strategies and produce results. You are well-versed in CRM systems, outreach automation tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Experience in Healthcare or B2B SaaS: You have experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or healthcare technology, and understand the nuances of selling to healthcare practices.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: You’re not only a data expert but also skilled at inspiring, coaching, and developing team members to reach new heights.
- On-Camera Skills: You're not shy about creating demo videos, social content, and other media with your face and articulate personality.
