Marketing Intern

Micas is seeking a part-time Marketing Intern, who will support the marketing team in executing the multi-channel content calendar across websites, email, paid media, and influencer. You'll be reporting directly to the Head of Brand and Content.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support the production and delivery of various marketing materials, website needs, and brand-related assets for both internal and external partners
• Assist in developing and executing comprehensive strategies across different social media platforms to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
• Create original content for Micas on TikTok
• Analyze performance based on different metrics, and report key findings and strategic optimizations
• Source new suitable influencers for seeding product and building a good relationship
• This is an unpaid internship

Qualifications

• Excellent written and communication skills
• Famililarity with TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest is a plus
• A mix of creative and analytical skills
• Passion for clothing, style, and the apparel industry
• Strong interest in content creation, storytelling, fashion influencers, and the latest aesthetic trends
• Skilled in basic knowledge of photo and video editing
• Strong design sensibilities and aligned aesthetics with brand image
• Adopts the goals of the company as his or her own
