About the role:
As a Performance Marketing Analyst, you will oversee the performance of paid acquisition channels. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for defining and executing the lead generation strategy of all performance channels, which is a critical role for the growth of potential clients.
You will be required to work closely with our performance marketing agency and use your analytical skills to optimize digital campaigns.
What you'll do:
- Oversee performance marketing channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc), from budget and campaign definition to execution.
- Propose new channels, customer segmentation, and experimentation for lead generation growth.
- Plan, build, and analyze a lead generation engine across all digital marketing channels.
- Design, execute and analyze results of hypothesis-driven experiments.
- Manage all day-to-day operations, from campaign strategy to execution, analysis, and reporting.
- Create funnels and dashboards to track performance results and identify improvement opportunities.
- Establish and manage KPIs and budgets for lead generation and growth (CPA, CPC, Cost per Lead, budget).
- Work closely with the Sales and Product team to identify high potential customer profiles and acquisition strategies.
** What we're looking for:**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, data analytics, or related field.
- 2-3 years Experience in performance marketing campaigns.
- Experience having worked in startups or tech companies
- Analytical and data-driven decision making
- Experience with A/B testing strategies.
- Proven ability to manage budgets.
- Professional and proactive work ethic.
- High competence in project and stakeholder management.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with digital marketing forms such as performance marketing, social media marketing and content marketing.
