The Role

S10 Labs designs, develops, and distributes premium vaporization hardware engineered specifically for the cannabis industry. As a vertically integrated manufacturer, our services also encompass co-warehousing and fulfillment contract servicing. S10 Labs is on a mission to provide premium & affordable vaporization-tech solutions for licensed producers, cultivators, and brands.

We are looking for a competitive and responsible B2B and/or B2C Sales Representatives that thrives in both a quick and long sales cycle environment. You will play a major role including cultivating relationships, managing accounts, utilizing business analytics, meeting sales quotas and growing sales channels. This role will also be responsible for working with other departments to produce research on product and pipeline. Will work closely with the sales manager for sales strategy execution and achieve performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers

Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers

Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects

Performing analytical breakdowns of sales performance

Maintaining, exceeding, and strategizing performance metrics set for sales staff

Weekly and monthly performance reports

Collaborating with the finance and marketing departments to ensure optimal performance

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work is performed while standing, sitting and/or walking

Travel required for attendance of conferences both domestic and international

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business

1-3 years of sales or account management experience

Proven record of successful sales performance

Experience

1-3 years in a professional environment

Cannabis and CBD industry experience considered a strong asset

Familiarity with vaping products / knowledge of the vape industry is a plus

Knowledge of CPG goods

Fluency with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot, PandaDocs)

Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)

Understanding of sales performance metrics

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Highly organized and able to multitask

Self-driven and proactive nature

Demonstrate leadership qualities

EDUCATION

University degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
