The Role

Refrens.com is looking for high-velocity Sales associate to help us grow revenue. We are on a pace to double our size & exponentially increase our revenues but we need determined & motivated sales professional to reach our goal.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has 1-3 years of direct selling experience in software as a service (SaaS) business.- You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

Sales Associate responsibilities are:

  • Reachout to inbound leads
  • Help them understand how Refrens can help- a strong product knowledge will help
  • Mange sales pipeline
  • Maintaing internal CRM and other sales hygiene
  • Hit weekly/monthly quota

What we are looking in our next Sales Associate:- 1-3 years experience in direct selling, preferably SaaS tool

  • Ability to handle objections and forming a trust relationship with prospects
  • A thirst for knowledge and growth in a start-up environment
  • All the other sales skills
